How do I place an order?

 

You can purchase our Qing plant collections via our Online shopping cart. Simply add the items you like and follow the on-screen steps to checkout.

 

We do create customised pieces for individuals, weddings or special events. For bulk ordering, please provide us with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Simply send us an email at info@qing.sg or use our "Contact Us" form to reach us.

 

We will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

 
Payment and Delivery

 

Payments can be made with Paypal (credit or debit cards) or Offline Payments (Bank transfers and Cash on delivery). Orders will be processed once payment has been made and confirmed.

 

Currently, delivery is only available in Singapore. 

 

For purchases of S$100 and above, please select "DELIVERY" at the delivery options (subject to date availability and timings). 

 

For purchases below S$100, we provide delivery (additional fees apply), and "MEET AND PICK UP" which is free of chargePick up is available at Sengkang or Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. Confirmation of location will be through email.

We have introduced special delivery rates during this period! Rates go from S$5 - S$15 depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds
 

If the delivered orders are damaged or unsatisfactory, we provide a 7 days order replacement or refund.  

 

 

Plant care
 
With each terrarium or bonsai order, a Plant care information card will be provided. Plant care information is also available when you click on the individual collection on the Collections page.
